We will deliver these services and any other listed services that need attention through the client, Small Business Digital, or one of our partners.
You can use any of our services, including phone calls, emails, travel, and Zoom meetings for up to a total of 4 hours per month.
Any additional time required within the month will be invoiced separately at the end of the month.
For any service outside ongoing management of your Meta or Google Business Account:
- Complete the online form to submit a task
- We will respond by email, providing delivery time, requesting more material, referring a partner if needed, and scheduling a Zoom or phone consultation
- Most tasks will be handled via Zoom, and both parties need to be present at the scheduled time
- Outcomes and results depend on the type and timing of content delivery, audience engagement, budget, targeted audience interest, and admin permissions being in place at all times
- The service agreement is for a 3-month term with a 30-day cancellation policy
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; otherwise, the scheduled Zoom duration is debited from your allocated time.
